Celebrating 19 Years!
We are turning 19 on the 18th and YOU are invited to the party!
Carl and Leona Anderson opened Little Scandinavia in October of 2006, and now with your amazing community support we continue to grow and thrive!
Join us as we kick of the holiday season with a huge party for our wonderful customers!
We will offer photos with our favorite viking, samples of Swedish coffee and Danish Aebleskivers, and special gifts with purchase.
Musical guest Tom Carlson, will be onsite playing his incredible Scandinavian nyckelharpa!
The wonderful Scandinavian Folk Dancers of Omaha will perform at 3pm right in front of the shop!

Our Rosemaling class is taught by the extremely talented Kathryn Larson. She will explain the history and culture this unique Norwegian art style. Then walk you step-by-step through the process of painting an ornament.

Lucia Day
Santa Lucia day in the shop with special guest Lucia visiting us. Dressed in white, with a candle crown, she will serve traditional Swedish goodies, pose for photos and share more about her history and the traditions surrounding her remembrance.
